Free Quote
A free building consultation and a detailed quote, followed by a deposit covering engineering, drafting and energy assessments.

Selections & Approval
Colours, materials, fixtures and fittings are selected together, while building approvals are prepared and lodged.

Contract & Construction
We monitor council approval, sign the contract and begin construction, keeping you informed with regular progress updates.

New Home Handover
A personal walkthrough, construction records, certifications and warranties — then the keys to your new home.
